Joseph was beyond professional he was personable. I called in for an emergency visit and he showed up within the hour. He was able to fix not only the issue we called for but another issue we were experiencing. The whole service took Less than a hour. He went over cost and explained the steps that he needed to take before even beginning the job. Safety was definitely a priority for him and as a home owner you can’t ask for much more. Mark is extremely professional and efficient. We live in an old building and recently had 2 wall outlets malfunctioning. When we reached out to Mark, he was responsive on the call and also easy to communicate through text messages. He arrived on time, and managed to identify and fix the problems within 45 minutes. The owner was very responsive when I called about a light switch that was only sporadically working and a light fixture I wanted replaced. He sent out Matt that day and he took care of it all within an hour, very professionally, while explaining things. Will be using them again for future needs.
